You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. By using Sillo, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Order and Delivery

When you place an order through Sillo:

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You must be present to receive age-restricted products

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. All prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for delivery. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful or disruptive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
